I recently had the pleasure of working with Taylor as opposing counsel on a personal injury case. It was a unique fact pattern that initially left me questioning my client’s liability. However, Taylor’s thorough investigation, including a review of my client’s social media activity from the night of the accident, made it very evident my client’s version of the incident was totally false. She then laid out a clear and concise explanation of how the incident occurred, and after applying those facts to the applicable law I quickly realized my client was at fault for the incident. If it wasn’t for Taylor’s hard work, intelligence, and experience this case may have been long and drawn out, and potentially gone to trial. Instead, we were able to save everyone involved time and money, and settled the case after completing a limited amount of discovery.

In addition to doing an excellent job for her client on the case we worked on together, I would be remiss if I didn’t also say that Taylor has the unique ability to zealously advocate for her client, while maintaining a very professional and courteous working relationship with opposing counsel. Taylor is truly an asset to the legal community, and she is on a very short list of attorneys I hope I have the pleasure of working with again the future.
